The Hartland Public Library offers programs and reading materials for children of all ages! The library maintains a wide collection of books including board books, picture books, leveled readers, early chapter books, graphic novels, and books for advanced readers. Weekly Programs
Tuesday Story Time
10:30 – 11:00 AM
Join us at the library where we’ll read books and play together! Each week we’ll explore different themes of books. Recommended for age 0-5, but all are welcome. Books read during story time count toward 1000 Books Before Kindergarten.
Saturday Story Time
10:00 – 10:45 AM
EVERY Saturday we will explore a different theme through reading and activities. We’ll read, make crafts, create experiments and play games. Saturday Storytime books and activities are designed with preschool and early elementary ages in mind, but all are welcome. Join us each week for something new and fun!
STEAM Thursdays
2:45- 3:45 PM
Join us for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and activities each Thursday! We’ll create and explore something new each week. STEAM THURSDAY meets on any Thursday that Hartland has a full day of school.
